Help City House Through Willow Bend Gives Back

WillowBend_GivesBack_FB Timeline Photo_CityHouseCity House is proud and excited to once again participate in Willow Bend Gives Back, a program held during the month of August by The Shops at Willow Bend. Willow Bend Gives Back is a program that helps bring the shopping center and customers together to give back to the community. Shoppers can earn money for City House simply by registering their receipts at the Concierge Center or registration table at Grand Court. Don’t forget tax-free weekend from Aug. 7-9! Every dollar spent in August is a potential point earned for City House. At the end of the month, the charities with the most points will receive a donation of $5,000, $3,000 or $2,000, respectively, from The Shops at Willow Bend.

How to Help City House by Registering Your Receipts:

  1. SHOP any store at The Shops at Willow Bend including department stores and food court
  2. GO TO Concierge Center located on the lower level between the Play Area and Macy’s when finished shopping.
  3. PRESENT your receipts to the Concierge Center and SELECT City House.
  4. Receive a stamp on your receipts to identify you gave back.

Top Women of Collin County

Neiman Marcus partners with The Shops at Willow Bend to honor women that are nominated by each of the preselected charities from Willow Bend Gives Back that have gone above and beyond to serve their charity. These “Top Women of Collin County” will be recognized throughout the month of August by special events hosted by Neiman Marcus and a private Fall Fashion Show. The Shops at Willow Bend will announce the top three charities that collected the most points during the month of August from Willow Bend Gives Back at the Fall Fashion Show.

Shelly McDaniel

City House is proud and honored to be represented by Shelly McDaniel, who is a longtime volunteer for City House and many fantastic organizations in Collin County.

“I volunteer my time at City House to make the difference in the life of a child,” McDaniel said. “My passion is children and by volunteering my time at City House, I get to be part of making a child’s life better and for making my community of Collin County and even better place to live.”
