City House Visits Leadership Frisco

The Leadership Frisco Class 18 invited Collin County nonprofit agencies to participate in the 2014 Leadership Frisco Social Services Day on Friday, October 3 at the Frisco Chamber of Commerce offices. City House Executive Director Teresa Keenan spoke to the group on the mission and purpose of City House and how the organization has been helping local at-risk youth for over 26 years. She explained the volunteer program and urgency of fundraising to sustain services. Teresa ended on a positive note and shared success stories of City House residents who graduated high school and continued into secondary education. After the presentations, the speakers participated in a panel discussion followed by a Q&A session.
